Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to PrepDelco ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at prepdelco.com and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, making a purchase, or otherwise accessing our Platform, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and consented to these Terms on your behalf.

Our Services
PrepDelco provides test preparation resources, practice materials, study guides, and educational support services designed to help students prepare for standardized examinations. Our offerings may include:
- Online practice tests and diagnostic assessments
- Study guides, lesson modules, and instructional videos
- Live and recorded tutoring sessions
- Performance analytics and progress tracking tools
- Community forums and peer study resources
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice provided where practicable.
Section 03
User Accounts
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
- Take full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
You may not share your account credentials with any third party or allow another individual to use your account. PrepDelco reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of this policy.
Important
Each account is for the use of a single individual only. Group or institutional licenses must be arranged separately through our organization plans.
Section 04
Payments & Refunds
Certain PrepDelco services require payment. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
Subscriptions: Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases of subscription plans. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, downloaded materials, or one-time live session purchases once the session has been attended.
PrepDelco uses third-party payment processors and does not store full payment card information on our servers. By making a payment, you also agree to the applicable payment processor's terms.
Section 05
Content & Intellectual Property
All content on the PrepDelco Platform — including but not limited to practice questions, explanations, study materials, videos, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to PrepDelco and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent
- Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any materials obtained from the Platform
- Scrape, data-mine, or systematically download content using automated tools
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
User-generated content you submit to the Platform (e.g., forum posts, notes) remains your property, but you grant PrepDelco a royalty-free license to use, display, and improve our services with it.

Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its educational mission. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Sharing, posting, or selling PrepDelco content outside the Platform
- Cheating, impersonating, or misrepresenting yourself during assessments
- Uploading harmful, defamatory, or inappropriate content to community areas
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or Platform systems
- Interfering with or disrupting Platform infrastructure or services
- Using the Platform to advertise, solicit, or conduct unauthorized commercial activities
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
Section 07
Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect the personal information you provide when using PrepDelco. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for research and product improvement purposes.

Disclaimers
PrepDelco's materials are intended as educational aids only. We do not guarantee specific exam scores or outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, preparation time, and numerous factors outside our control.
The Platform and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Section 09
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrepDelco and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Platform.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to PrepDelco in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Section 10
Termination
You may cancel your account and terminate these Terms at any time by contacting our support team or using the account settings page. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.
PrepDelco may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of our services.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, and governing law) will continue to apply after termination.
Section 11
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
You agree to resolve any disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
Section 12
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account deletion.
